ftp access to upload the site is denied

when I want to access ftp://tarhvamemary.ir I get an error message:

windows can not access this folder.....

how can I upload my site anyways?

Dear friend

I can't recognized why your FTP doesn't work, but I know you can use your IP within this problem so

ping your domain it shows your HOSTING on this IP: 216.139.227.195

replace it with your domain name.

then write your FTP user and pass given you.
